when I first moved in, the people were friendly and the price was right! I love the New Management very polite and helpful. I received a great move in special for 2010 with the first month free! neighborhood is quite at nice and my kids enjoy the free after school program called Monster club. Its also convenient to the Volusha Mall and resturants on International Speed Way! Overall, great place to live for a low price.  Need to rent an apartment?
