Apartment Review for The Groves - Daytona Beach, FL

Its sucks to live here, when we move here the carpet is not new, you can tell by the hair of a dog or cat and little bit stains and the appliances are old and they promised that they'll put new ones w/in 3 to 6mos. so, we wait and wait and wait until they're raised up our rental fee every year and still they didn't do anything about it. By the way, this is a gated community which I thought we're safe here but its not, the automatic gate is always broken, and we have 1 neighbor who lost her car cuz somebody stole her car inside the community. that's why were goin to move!
