Apartment Review for Seabreeze Pointe Apartments - Daytona Beach, FL

First and formost the management ladies are NOSEY! They watch every single move you make! You have no privacy or piece of mind staying in these apartments! These women have no lives! Instead of them controlling the loud nose coming from the MANY COLLEGE STUDENTS that reside here they much rather watch your every move to see who is coming and going out of your apartment. The cops constantly come here! For what? We dont know. The lease says Pest control included and they have not come out once since I have been here! I do NOT feel safe at night! The location is really close to a train so expect to be woke up about 3-4 times a night! PLEASE DONT consider coming here! Biggest mistake I ever made!
