Apartment Review for Sailpoint Bay - Daytona Beach, FL

Let's see where do I start, We have lived at Sailpoint Bay for 9 months. We moved in July of 03' starting October of 03' it went DOWNHILL and hasn't stopped!!!! Such (major) repairs that have been ignored. 1. Locks on the front door broken good thing that we have renters insurance, 2.rotten windows that have forced us to move the bed into the dining room. 3. The ceiling in the kitchen has a huge sinkhole in it, maybe the second floor apt will be in ours shortly. 4.Leaks in every faucet including tub,sink in kichen and bathroom. 5. Hot water heater has been broken since we moved in!!! Grant it they did put a new one in but we still only have 5 minute warm showers!!!! Hopefully this is a WARNING to all who read it. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT move into Sailpoint Bay unless you choose to live in the
