Apartment Review for Sailpoint Bay - Daytona Beach, FL

The office staff has a short temper it seems and they are very short with complaints and questions. Dont expect smiles and laughter here. The apartments are a good price for where they are and the size of the unit themselves. Dont expect maintenance to pick up your problems right away. My A/C froze up twice before finally dying and needing a replacement. I had to run diluted bleach along my window every 2 weeks or so to keep the mold from growing. They were hit hard with hurricanes last year and my units window had NO SEAL, so any rain would come seeping in and down the walls. Again, this place is good for the price and the river is right there, but dont get too caught up in the scenery, for its not all that! Do your research!
