Apartment Review for Palm Terrace - Daytona Beach, FL

Noisy neighbors, never enough parking not to mention the nails and broken glass everwhere you look (fixed 2 flats in the past 6 mo), took over a month to fix our a/c (thank goodness it was during the cooler months) and our neighbors will threaten you if you ask them to keep the noise down. Handyman/maintenance man is a pervert and would always stop what he was doing when you walked by to stare at you. Distgusting people that live around. Crack heads knocking on your door asking for things. Neighbors next door had 8 kids and two adults in one 2-bedroom apartment. It smelled foul everytime you walked by. Management is great and very helpful. Manager did everything he said he would do to try and fix things up around area. Our particular unit was very spacious and clean inside. Tile floors, new carpet and new appliances when we moved in. If you don't mind loosing sleep then it is a very affordable place to live.
