Apartment Review for Emerald Park - Daytona Beach, FL

I rented here for a year on my own a couple of years ago. As long as the managers name is Dianne, do not rent here. She is a horrible miserable person. She used to walk by me and not even nod or smile; I was two days late on my rent ONCE, and she tacked articles on my door about how horrible my credit is going to be. This is after I had even called the management staff to let them know that my rent would be exactly two days late. Most complexes have some sort of grace period. Not here! I know people who personally know her as well and can't not stand to be around her. She is a miserable old lady that gets her kicks from making others feel as thought they are not worth her time or kindness.
