Apartment Review for Emerald Park - Daytona Beach, FL

One of the biggest assets is the washer and drier in every unit as opposed to having a community washer and drier where you bring quarters. Only two other complexes have that in the Daytona Beach Area, next door at Misty Springs and Fisherman's Landing in Ormond Beach. Assigned parking is another asset, no competition for parking unless you own two vehicles. Though it is a few blocks from Embry Riddle, it's surprizing to see how many Senior Citizens are living here as well. If you don't own Realestate, this would be the next best thing. I'm back for a second time. The first time was from 1991 to 1993 when the place was called Cypress Landings.
