Apartment Review for Emerald Park - Daytona Beach, FL

I have lived at Emerald Park for a while, despite warnings from friends who have lived there and someone I just ran into as I walked up to turn in my lease paperwork. Unfortunately, they were right. I can not wait to leave this place. I have never felt so unwelcome somewhere in my entire life. The management, Diane in particular, is the worst person you will ever have to deal with in your life. When my lease is up I will leave and make sure that anyone who asks me about my experience here will know that they SHOULD NOT consider Emerald Park. EVER. Search out all other possibilities. The property is actually very nice, the apartments are small, but liveable, and they are close to everything, just don't be expected to be treated like a person by the management. My car has been broken into twice (with over $1000 worth of things stolen out of it) as well as two of my other friends living there. Good luck in your search, just keep this in the back of your head as you search. There is no parking there, either. There is on reserved spot for each car...other than that, the second car is stuck walking a long ways in not very much light to get a spot.
