Apartment Review for Barrington Apartments - Daytona Beach, FL

I have lived here for over two years. The grounds are spotless and very well landscaped. The apartments are clean and updated. I've only had to report one small maintenance issue and they did the repair the same day I reported the problem. The office staff are very friendly and cooperative. There appears to be a number of elderly and physically challenged people living here and management gives them special attention and care. I work late some nights but have never felt uncomfortable coming home after dark. There is a courtesy guard on patrol and he seems to be everywhere! I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews. One can only assume they were written by residents who have been a problem and have had to be addressed by management.
